Important Information.
The facility and location is an ALCOHOL FREE AREA - alcohol cannot be brought to or consumed at the venue.
Non Hire: The venue is 'generally' not available Friday, Saturday and Sunday between October and the end of April - due to lifesaving club activities. Venue is NOT available for hire for any birthday parties aged between 12 - 25 Years.
Seaford Life Saving Club reserves the right to refuse any hire.

Cost..
Week-day $50 per hour up to 6 PMWeek-end $80 per hour up to 6 PM(Hire must include set up and pack up time)
Security Deposit / Bond of $250 required for all bookings

- Please note that failure to set the alarm following your use of the community room may result in $100 call out fee that will be deducted from your bond deposit

You will need to arrange to collect the key and alarm instructions from the club prior to your booking. Your deposit/bond will be returned following the completion of your hire / contract and inspection of the room.
