Community Room.

Important Information.

The facility and location is an ALCOHOL FREE ZONE - alcohol cannot be brought to or consumed at the venue.

Non Hire:
Venue is NOT available for hire for any birthday parties aged between 13 - 21 Years.

Seaford Life Saving Club reserves the right to refuse any hire.

Cost..

Week-day $40 per hour up to 6 PM
Week-end $60 per hour up to 6 PM
(Hire must include set up and pack up time)

Security Deposit / Bond of $150 required for all bookings

  • Please contact us for details on permanent / ongoing users fees and contract
  • Please note that failure to set the alarm following your use of the community room may result in $100 call out fee that will be deducted from your bond deposit

In the transfer / payment details please put your Surname and invoice number (as provided) and make a note of the receipt number to email to us.  

You will need to arrange to collect the key and alarm instructions from the club no more than 1 week prior to your booking. Your deposit/bond will be returned following the completion of your hire / contract and inspection of the room.
