Why do we compete?

We compete for many different reasons including:

Improved health and fitness
Improving our skills
Socialising
Setting and reaching our goals
Most of all to have fun

Competition should be about challenging ourselves and self improvement !

At Seaford lifesaving club we see competition as a way to improve our skills and fitness in order to better serve the community when patrolling the beaches.

There are many competition opportunities at Seaford lifesaving club as detailed below

Seaford Nippers Saturday Sessions 

This is the introduction to lifesaving competition with fun and friendly races on the Saturday afternoon - who will get that last flag in the sand??
